We are committed to ensuring that your hat is the best it can be. We encourage our clients to keep their measurements up to date, including size (which is affected by changes in weight and hair length). Our hats are designed to fit slightly loose initially, as the sweatband can adapt over time without the hat itself shrinking.

Returns and Exchanges

Optimo does not generally accept returns due to the bespoke nature of our hats. Each piece is meticulously handmade in our Chicago south-side workshop, and hygiene considerations prevent us from reselling worn items. We do not offer refunds but do provide exchanges under specific conditions. Hats must be unworn for an exchange to be considered.
